Not a very easy read. Everything you need to know about the business is in this 'music bible'. Contracts, Royalties, PROs, Publishers, ect.

Looking for accounting information, which is minimal except for a chapter on income taxation and brief (less than 1 page each) treatments of accountings and audits. Primarily a legal primer with negotiation checklists.
