I don't even know where to begin when describing this superior piece of American literature. The writting is elloquent and sophisticated. The expertly written prose glides from the page like a tightly wound spiral. This story is taylor made to become an oscar winning film.

a work of sports non-fiction should receive such unadulterated praise? Probably so. I am so biased on the subject matter contained within the pages of this book that if I tried to present an untainted account of it , my nose would double the length of my arm.

Due to this and the fact it has been nearly 7 years since I read this book (I know you must be thinking, you don't reread it weekly?) I can't give an utterly accurate account of this wonderfully vivid tale. I can tell you this, if you are a Patriots fan......this book is a MUST READ!!
