I have been looking for heritage recipes of Amish country for a family project.This is a wonderful cookbook collection of mostly Amish recipes. My only complaint is there are "modern"recipes like refried bean dip. I realize the Amish shop like everyone and use modern recipes like everyone else, but

an Amish cookbook should have Amish recipes,heritage or modern. I can get refried bean dips and other modern recipes from hundreds of other places.Unless the Amish have a new angle on refried bean dip and other modern recipes, I don't see the purpose of including them in this book. The title says "Amish Heritage" recipes.Othereise this a good cookbook! Show Less
