A mildly interesting Novella and three additional short stories. these were written by a second cousin of the great Leo Tolstoy, Aleksei K. Tolstoy, not to be confused with Patrick O'Brien's step-son. Originally written, or cleared by the Czarist censorship bureau and printed, in 1841.
