-- Again I'm reviewing a book before I close it permanently. I found it on shelf in public library. There are many characters, & I find it difficult to match names with occupations. Art on book jacket is a man's face drawn in pencil with points/dots. (It's not a blank cover.) Mouth is open & eyes

are squinting. Is he in pain? sneering? scowling? Writing is very good. Author James McClure can be witty & sarcastic. He's not always politically correct. Already I know I won't regret the time I spend with this book. --
