This unconventionally funny book is filled with rich warm humor, tenderness and love. Mama was Papa's young housekeeper. Papa, Pastor Pontus Franzon, was a handsome preacher in Sweden and all of the young girls including Mama were in love with him. But Papa was not a man to be easily caught. Mama

was a young lady of great determination though and she eventually perseveres. Then Mama set about making her dream of having many small Franzons come true as well.

Perhaps the best part of this book is Mama's running dialog with God. Mama is certain that God is always on her side, and indeed as the story unfolds it appears that he must have been. This book will make you re-evaluate your own relationship with God. This is a delightful story that will leave you with a smile on your face for some time to come.
