Description

"The last thing Jacob Portman saw before the world went dark was a terrible, familiar face. Suddenly, he and Noor are back in his grandfather's house. Jacob doesn't know how they escaped from V's loop, but he does know one thing for certain: Caul has returned. Risen from the Library of Souls, Caul and his apocalyptic agenda seem unstoppable. Only one hope remains--deliver Noor to the meeting place of the seven prophesied ones, if they can decipher its secret location"--

The (hopefully) last entry in the Peculiar Children series. There is a lot of action in this book and I find action very difficult to follow so I ended up being bored. It could've easily been 200 pages shorter. Like, what was even the point of going to meet the other light

Another enjoyable book. I enjoyed the ending. I felt like some of the fights were too easy to win. But as a book written for a younger audience I feel it is appropriate.
