In this wordless book, a robin tries to get her chick to fly by explaining how flight is necessary to get food, migrate, and avoid predators. But the chick seems to have an answer for everything and why it doesn't need to fly at all.

quite do it for me. (My 9-year-old niece who also likes wordless books said she didn't like this one, and she enjoys almost every book she's ever read.) If a book needs dialogue bubbles to tell its story, I kind of feel like it needs dialogue then and not just pictures filled in those conversation bubbles. That being said, I could see this title having an audience, especially in a classroom or home that encourages creative thinking and storytelling.
