This helped me tremendously! I recommend it for anyone trying to heal from childhood physical and sexual abuse.

This book is aimed more for profesionals in the Mental Health field but it's still an interesting read. However it was a tedious, dry and academic read.

This book is a definite must read for any professional dealing with patients with trauma involved.
