3.5 stars. This was a good listen. The novella was sweet and romantic, with just the right amount of angst.

I enjoyed this romp. Toby and Miles are both surprised by their actions and thoughts. I liked that Toby tried to show Miles his error in thinking. I enjoyed watching them open up to each other of their pasts eventually. I also liked seeing them work together to find the treasure Miles' father left in the falling down ruins. For once my detective skills where on track and I knew where they should have searched immediately and was thrilled when they looked there. I was also happy to see them work as one when trouble befalls them.
I would like to see where they go from here. Toby and Miles were fun characters.
