The Saphira Research Library & Document Archive

This library's contains books about lesbian sapphic herstory and cultural heritage, feminism, women's rights and issues and our diverse rainbow communities - a lot are rare, small print runs, and documents and research material not available elsewhere and becoming harder to find. It includes fiction and non-fiction books, as well as listings for the feminist lesbian publications and the document archive we have in our collections. The library is located at the Charlotte Museum Te Whare Takatāpuni-Wāhine of Aotearoa and if you would like access please contact us.
