week begin to tell what they do with the class pet, Rex. This is a great book to introduce when students begin writing about their pictures or using their imagination. It gets them thinking about their creative sides. Throughout the reading, you never know what the students will do and some are realistic and some are fantasy stories. Its interesting to hear what the students would do after reading the book, if they got to take the class pet home. Show Less
